More Than Two Years of Recovery
The emergency response ended. Power returned. Roads reopened. Much of everyday life resumed. But for hundreds of homeowners, recovery continued behind damaged doors. Long-term recovery focuses on the needs that remain after the immediate emergency has passed. Rally Augusta and our partners help bring together case management, construction expertise, volunteers, materials, funding, and community resources to address those needs.

The Multiplier Effect
The Multiplier Effect
One of the most powerful parts of our recovery model is volunteer labor.
Skilled volunteers donate work that homeowners could otherwise never afford. Financial contributions purchase the materials those volunteers need.
The result is a simple but powerful equation:
Donated Materials
+
Donated Labor
=
More Families Home
That is how a financial contribution can create an economic impact greater than the value of the original gift.
What Recovery Looks Like
A damaged roof
becomes a dry home.
Exposed walls
become safe rooms.
Unusable spaces
become bedrooms again.
A homeowner
who has spent two years waiting finally sees a path forward.
A volunteer
who traveled hundreds of miles becomes part of a family's recovery story.
A financial gift
becomes lumber, roofing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, and ultimately a completed home.
The Next 115
Our immediate focus is helping secure the resources needed to repair or rebuild 115 additional homes currently identified for assistance.
Skilled volunteers can provide the labor. We need the materials to put them to work.
